The chase that reportedly ensued is said to have ended when the man crashed into parked vehicles and utility poles. He reportedly suffered minor injuries during the incident. He has already been charged with DWI, careless and reckless driving and assault with a deadly weapon in addition to other traffic offenses. The incident that occurred with the woman prior to police involvement remains under investigation.
